I've stayed at the Luxury Inn Arion Hotel twice. The staff is friendly, the information provided is clear, the food is delicious, and the menu is quite varied. Overall, I've been satisfied with the service and amenities at Luxury Inn.

First time solo trip to Jakarta. Up to the lobby, they were really handled very friendly even though I asked for early check-in. Big appreciation to Kak Luthfan & Kak Lukman. The room was clean and smelled really good. HK staff, I forgot his name, I think it was Ridwan? He's nice! Thank you for caring about the needs in the room. Overall, I would give it 10 stars if I could 🩷

Strategic location, good service, friendly security, easy parking, close to the busway stop, only for the standard room there are no window facilities and the room size of 18m2 is too small.

The location is great, as there are few hotels nearby. The rooms are large and the staff is friendly. The downside is that the rooms are dark for reading at night, and the pillowcases seem to have not been changed, as they smell of sweat from the head.

Although there is no smoking room, there is a smoking area on the 9th floor. It's quite a change from having to leave the hotel building and hang out on the side of the road.

We extended our stay at this hotel once again, and we were once again very impressed by how comfortable the Junior Suite was. Oh yes, I forgot to mention that the TV in our room was a bit difficult to use, and the picture quality was not very good throughout our stay. But overall, we absolutely love this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future.
