The owner was very nice to greet us. The problem was that when we arrived in Da Lat early and wanted to ask if we could check in earlier, we called three numbers and none answered. One number said they were out and couldn't help, and when we tried another number, they still didn't answer. The elevator had no lights and was extremely dark.

Bà chủ tiếp đón rất dễ thương. Vấn đề là khi đến Đà Lạt sớm, muốn hỏi có thể check-in sớm hơn được không thì gọi 3 số không bắt máy, 1 số bảo đang ở ngoài đường không hỗ trợ được, đưa số khác để gọi vẫn không bắt máy. Thang máy không có đèn, siêu tối.
