The reception isn't open 24/7, the rooms don't have hot water, and when I reported it, they didn't resolve the issue. The price is cheap, so the service is terrible.

Lễ tân ko trực 24/7 ,phòng ko có nước nóng , báo lễ tân ko giải quyết , giá rẻ nên đi kèm phục vụ chán lắm m.n

The hotel is near Xuan Huong Lake, the square, and Da Lat market. The rooms are clean, spacious, and affordable, and the reception staff are polite and friendly. The only downside is that the cleaning lady is quite noisy, making loud noises when moving chairs and opening and closing doors, especially late at night.

Hotel gần hồ Xuân Hương, quảng trường, chợ Đà Lạt. Phòng sạch sẽ, rộng rãi , giá cả rẻ & nhân viên lễ tân lịch sự vui vẻ. 
Điểm trừ là cô dọn phòng làm khá ồn, kéo ghế, mở đóng rầm rầm, ban đêm khuya rồi hơi ồn. 

Amazing place! I loved the guy, he was really helpful and the room had everything I need: water, coffee, toothpaste…

M is only going to stay here for 2 days, the last 6 days here are over. The room is small and beautiful, but fully equipped with a dryer, a super-speed kettle, with an elevator and a magnetic lock which is very convenient, still near the center, easy to go anywhere. The owner is very friendly, in general is too satisfied with the business trip.

M chỉ định nghỉ ở đây 2 ngày cuối cùng ở đây hết 6 ngày. Phòng nhỏ xinh nhưng đầy đủ tiện nghi máy sấy, ấm siêu tốc, có cả thang máy và khoá từ rất tiện, lại còn gần trung tâm, đi đâu cũng dễ. Ông chủ rất thân thiện, nói chung là quá ưng với chuyến công tác.

New, clean and comfortable room. The owner and staff are very friendly and enthusiastic with guests. In the room there is a dryer with a super speed kettle so I find it very convenient for me. Will visit again when coming to Da Lat next time.

Phòng mới, sạch sẽ và thoải mái. Chủ và nhân viên rất thân thiện, nhiệt tình với khách. Trong phòng có cả máy sấy với ấm siêu tốc nên mình thấy rất tiện cho mình. Sẽ ghé lại khi lên Đà Lạt lần tới.
