As soon as I walked in it smelt fresh, greeted by very friendly staff , my room was really clean , spotless , hallways spotless , breakfast was fantastic, good choice of food , tasted great, overall easily the best place I’ve stayed , will definitely go back, thanks to all the hardworking staff

Wow what a lovely guest house. It’s in a superb position to discover everything that Llandudno has to offer. A few mins walk to the Great Orme Tram of to the Pier or to the shopping area. It’s also in a quieter part so a little bit easier to get a parking space. The breakfast was absolutely amazing - one of if not the best breakfast we’ve had in a B&B or even 4/5 star hotels. The host are lovely and nothing was too much trouble this is definitely a jewel on Llandudno and we would go back in a heart beat and will try to get back later this year.

The hotel was spectacular and we will certainly be visiting again. It's close to the amenities but very quiet. The hotel owners were really kind and helpful. Very pleasant to chat to. The room was clean and well stocked. The whole hotel smelt beautiful and fresh flowers were all around. The garden looked beautiful but we didn't get chance to sit and enjoy it. Hopefully next time.

Decoration is old and tired looking, could do with an upgrade. Water in the bath almost none existent On returning to my room, found someone had been inside (probably staff), but the door had been left unlocked, as a solo female traveller this made me feel very uncomfortable. Didn't want to contact the owners as it was late, one of the drawbacks of not having reception staffed 24/7 Breakfast was delicious and cooked fresh, although only available for a short window.

A great 2 night stay. Lovely welcome and well appointed room. Super breakfast offering and we can recommend the Full Welsh Breakfast. B & B well positioned with ample roadside parking. Will look forward to a return visit when next in the area.

We had a very good stay and the b&b is very conveniently located so it was easy to walk to all attractions including the Pier, beach and gallery. Attractive building with a garden with plenty of seating, and lots of plants and flowers for interest. Jose was very helpful, and was a human dynamo when tending to everyone’s requests at breakfast. Superbly made scrambled eggs and lovely freshly made fruit salad. I’m a bit neurotic about parking: and while we always found somewhere to leave the car it was a bit of a gamble while competing with all the other tourists over the bank holiday weekend, as there was no charge on the street. As it is an old building the stairs are quite steep, something to bear in mind if you have any aches and pains! I would strongly recommend the accommodation.

We stayed at Holcombe House Five star guest House. We were greeted Jose, the owner he gave us a loverly welcome when we arrived. Holcombe House is a beautiful house,very clean .the breakfast was amazing. We were treated very well. Jose will always help with any questions or queries you may have. Both my wife and I are hoping to go back.

This was a lovely place to stay and very friendly and helpful staff. Really great location

Good location for pier and promenade. Also lots of good restaurants near by. The Great orme tram is just round the corner. Main problem for some would be parking. We were able to get 1 of 2 slots off road.

Lovely room, all facilities, classy bedding and spotless. Friendly, competent easygoing staff, excellent breakfast options and all faultlessly cooked and presented. Great location, 3 minutes walk from town centre but situated on a very quiet street, minutes from the seafront and pier. Plenty of on- street parking close by.

Clean room, efficient and friendly staff. The food was quality. It was ideally placed for many of the attractions that Llandudno offers.

We had a very comfortable and spacious room at Holcombe House that was fitted out to a very high standard. Breakfast was excellent, and we were especially impressed by the daily, freshly prepared fruit salad. The House is a stone's throw from the sea front and the centre of Llandudno, with it's good choice of eateries, food and other shops. A top choice.
