Very very clean Clean air No bad smell anywhere Amazing gym facility Feels like 5 stars hotel

We had a fabulous two-night stay at JCS. It’s a well maintained facility with friendly staff. The manager, Lim Seul Ki, at the lounge was professional and accomodating. The fitness center was one of the best among 4-star hotels. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Yeosu.

Aircon not working properly.Told by staff that whole floor did not work. No offer to change rooms or add a cooling fan to the room

Room was spacious and quiet. We were very comfortable the staff was very kind and professional! 꼭 다시 가고싶어요

The location was great where has not much traffic with great view. We stayed on 6th floor sunset-side where was a bit warm in the evening but the view was awesome. There were a couple of minor things that 1) carpeted floor was not so clean needed to be improved 2) it will be really great to use towels with better quality. However, it was great hotel l. We enjoyed our stay

Awesome view! Did not realize the pool was not included with the reservation. Breakfast buffet was good, but no other restaurants around the hotel, had to go into town or have delivery.

The property was ok. However you have to pay a daily fee to use the pool and another fee to use the cabanas. Buffet breakfast was very overpriced. Ocean view room was breath taking, however whenever I flushed the bathroom it had a sewer stench. Overall a good stay.

I reserved the room of ocean view. But they didn't have any room of ocean view available at 3 pm already. They shouldn't advertise that way and offer at that price.

Everything was perfect! We stayed at Family suite and was quite spacious for 4 of my family members to stay! Loved the two big TV monitors! :) the staffs were very kind and well mannered! They provided the free pass for the customers staying at the hotel! Amazing view as well.we are Most definitely willing to Re-visit in July. Thank you for the amazing and comfortable weekend

여수는 시내보단 돌산이 대세인듯

전반적으로 우수,객실 먼지문제 말고는 최고,칭대 편안

호텔내에 다양한 편의시설이 있어서 좋았습니다. 직원 인력이 부족한 듯이 보였고, 직원들이 최선을 다하긴 했으나 서비스를 적시에 제공하기에 역부족인 듯했습니다.

조식이 가격에 비해 너무 부실함...

먼지가 많은것 같아요 카펫 청소를 구석 까지 청소했으면합니다 게임장 시설은 너무별로고요 게임기가 돈을 먹는일도 있는데 관리자가 대기하고 있으면 좋을것 같아요

넓은 실내 공간과 현대식 시설 모두 좋습니다. 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다. 불친절한 컨시어지와 달 닦인 실내청결만 고쳐진다면

너무 마음에 들어요

가격에 비해 조식이 넘 성의 없네요 그리고 왜그리 음식 담는데 뚜러져라 쳐다보고 계시는지 엄청 부담스럽네요 조금이라도 흐리면 바로와서 막 정리하고하는게 좀..... 이불 들척거리면 먼지가 장난 아니네요 햇빛이 비쳐서인지는 잘 모르겟지만 재채기 엄청 했습니다

수영 목적으로 방문했어요. 비가와서 오랜시간 놀지는 못했지만, 수영장도 크고 아직은 사람이 별로 없어서 재밌게 잘 놓았네요. 방에서 바라보는 바다뷰도 좋고, 방도 넓어서 답답하지 않았어요. 방 구석에 먼지나 거미줄이 있더라구요. 청결이 좀 아쉽고, 화장실 문이 따로 없어서 저녁에 자다가 갈때 화장실 불이 환하게 켜지다 보니 자고있는 사람에게 좀 미안한? 그래도 냉장고 완전 성능 좋고(캔 맥주가 얼 정도) 헤어드라이기도 힘이 좋아서 긴 머리 잘 말렸어요. 아, 2층에 오락실은 좀 정비를 하시는게..게임도 다 오래된거고 안되는것도 많아서 아쉬웠어요.
