We loved staying at the hotel, the room was large, clean and quiet, the beds were less comfortable, the breakfast was good, but the selection of cheeses and cakes needs to be improved, natural juice is missing, the spa is pleasant and relaxing, the massages are good, the entire staff is professional and friendly, we will definitely be back

Nice hotel, clean rooms

Comfortable bed but should have asked for room facing the back. The traffic circle in front is constantly busy. There was no air conditioning so it was too hot and leaving the window open was not great on account of the traffic noise. Rooms are cleaned very late in the day which isn’t ideal. The mirror is hidden on the other side of a sliding door which was not intuitive. But otherwise a good conference hotel and great staff.

The room was very nice and clean, and whatever we needed, like more towels and robes, we received with a smile. The breakfast was rich and delicious, the staff was very attentive to every need.

I love this hotel and we always really enjoy staying in it. The staff are wonderful - friendly, polite, helpful. Rado in particular was super nice. The rooms are clean and spacious, the facilities as well. The only drawback I’d say is the pool - it’s not very clean and the jets inside it don’t work. The rest of the spa is ok. I think this is an easy fix though so I’d recommend they fix these issues. Other than that, it’s always perfect.

Room was a nice size and in great condition. Think the property is fairly new. Good location convenient for everything. Our room was not cleaned on the day before we checked out. Pretty poor sevice. I mentioned that our room had not been cleaned a couple of times on our return to the room at about 5pm. Each time I was told someone would be up. Never happened. On checking out I mentioned that our was not cleaned made no impression at all.
