We requested a 2 bedroom apartment and upon arrival we checked into the same but hot water was not available and upon calling the reception various times within two days this problem was not resolved. Only when we protested to hotel management we realize they have a problem with their boilers, they offered to shift us into a chalet but it was only a bedroom and a living room which was very uncomfortable to accommodate 3 kids. They offer to waive off the first 2 nights. Wifi service was so bad, and response to communication was so lousy. We also came to know at later stage that other guest are facing same issues on top with hot water and that hotel is still checking in guest knowing they have such a problem. Safe box was not working as well.
