Incredibly friendly staff, lovely location in the old part of Zafra town. Room a good size with ensuite and a little balcony that faced towards the town. Secure parking for the motorcycle at the property. Onsite bar and restaurant very reasonably priced, good home cooked food available.

A positive experience with excellent breakfast overlooking garden. Also for small price of 10€ - secure and spacious parking.

Very central and an easy walk into centre. Lovely setting, it's partly built into the city wall. Very clean and nice communal areas. Communication is very difficult as we have limited Spanish and non of the staff spoke English but we battled through. We've stayed her several times on our way back and forwa to Cadiz and we will definitely stay again. There parking available at a rate of 10Eur per day however it's worth the extra as it is secure.

Overall clean hotel except for some hairs found on the bed, well decorated though. We were looking forward to our included free breakfast only to discover that the choices were very limited. Parking is 10€ per night, so we park outside for free. Had to check in through the cafeteria upon arrival. Lots of things to improve but I guess the decor and the nice living room made our stay much enjoyable.

My overall score would have been higher if I had received a response from the hotel regarding an item of clothing I left there. I knew most of the staff spoke no English, this was not a problem we spoke basic spanish. But when I call them to ask about the forgotten item, I was told that someone would call me back, it didn't happen. I also tried contacting them through the Hotel.com app and received no response. I hope the hotel sees this review and contacts me. Overall the stay was good, the food and service in the restaurant is good too. The staff are friendly and helpful. My husband and I travel south at Christmas and we stayed in the hotel on the start of our journey and on our return. I would like to return to the hotel again but only if my messages are returned.

I stayed for 2 days. The staff was extremely friendly. Good value for money, I would love to stay in this hotel again if I ever visit Zafra again.

Lovely little hotel. Great food. The staff were very welcoming and the room had a balcony overlooking the garden and Zafra. The perfect stop-over.

Beautiful clean Hotel. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Restaurant service was excellent and staff were helpful and friendly.

They should grant the online reservation and pay more attention to it. I was asked to pay at the counter, even though I had the reservation and the credit card payment confirmed.
