Service was quite slow. We had to call someone to attend to us even after bring in the place for several minutes. Love the greenery, the place is very ambient. Swings and slides for kids so that is a plus

I have always taken my children for a snack and I can say, it has always been up to par. Delicious food, prompt service, and very friendly staff. Ambience is top notch. Kids playground is an addition that can make a whole lot of a difference.

Taidys Eldama Ravine has good, secure parking and a nice ambiance. We stayed for 5 nights. The rooms were comfortable with enough blankets, and room service was good. However, the restaurant staff were very slow, and we missed most of the breakfast despite fully paying for bed and breakfast. The showers had cold water due to a faulty heating system, which was very frustrating. Customer service at the accommodation desk needs improvement. On a positive note, the club had great customer service.

Lovely staff who didn't mind us turning up totally covered in mud after a day of off road motorbiking. Great breakfast, best coffee we've had in ages. friendly staff and clean rooms, thank you!

If you are to sleep here use the deluxe room nothing else. Their breakfast is basic but great and fresh and if you like to party they have a place within the same location.
