Room was spotless when we checked in and after every time they serviced the room. Fantastic location and a great jumping off point for exploring Pest. Make sure you open every cabinet in the Ambassador Suite as I stopped looking after I found the Mini Bar and totally missed the small refrigerator right next to it. A decent breakfast every morning, but get there early to grab the best tables.

The best hotel we stayed in Europe. Nice facilities, clean and good size room, great coffee machine. Comfortable sitting area on ground floor with coffee, hot chocolate, and teas. There's a business area with printer. Best location, close to Chain Bridge and metro and bus stops. Within 10 minutes walk to popular sites like Central Market, fashion street, Christmas markets, and lots of nice restaurants nearby.

Excellent stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Provision of tea, coffee and local cake much appreciated and enjoyed. As was the complimentary water. Breakfast was amazing with huge choices. Thank you for a great stay with very comfy beds.

Excellent place to stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, modern and relaxed. Lobby area full of areas to hang out with free coffee and filtered water. Bedroom spacious, bed extremely comfortable. Staff friendly and efficient. Location brilliant. Tram 2 close by at front by Danube. Other transport close by. Lots of restaurants to front and back of hotel. Easy walk into the main shopping areas.

Great property, clean, staff were helpful very close to our river cruise pier. We literally just had to walk across the street and down a hundred meters. Breakfast was good but not overly fresh.

The level of cleanliness is shocking. The room was not cleaned during our entire stay at the hotel. The floor is so dirty that it is really unpleasant to walk on without shoes. We asked several times but to no avail. The room itself is also small and you can hear noises from neighboring rooms at night and even the residents walking in the room above. I really do not recommend staying at the hotel.
