My Points

Room was nice and good facilities. Sky TV was a bonus. 

Yes room was very clean, everthing worked , manager arranged our late arrival amazingly, kept up updated. Easy to check out too. Highly recommend a place to stay. 

Despite appearing to be an ordinary pub, the accommodation was modern and recently fitted. The room was comfortable with a big bed and a good private bathroom. A well equipped communal kitchen was also available. We were made welcome. 

Booked for the wrong day, but owner was fine about it. Felt more like a room in a house rather than hotel, but accommodation was fine.
