Practical hotel for short stay in uk

The service was excellent. I think it was Mario at the reception. During two separate visit he helped us. Also housekeeping was good. The only draw back was food was not that great but again the service at the bar was good also. Location for Terminal 1-2-3 perfect but not for 4 and 5.

I loved the large hotel rooms and its not often you have a swimming pool at an airport hotel but this was brillient. The only bad thing was the heating thru the hotel was far too hot to be comfortable, but over all would come here again definetly

Very nice hotel, clean and close to the airport! One thing that wasn’t made explicitly clear was the at the shuttle to the airport costs Money, and that breakfast wasn’t included. That was a little irritating. I also had to spend $30 to Uber to the hotel since there wasn’t a bus going there. So it really wasn’t that much of a money saver to stay there vs a hotel on the airport property. Hotel was beautiful and nice but probably wouldn’t stay there again just because it would probably be easier to stay at a hotel at Heathrow and the cost, after all the extras added up, would be about the same

great airport hotel and to be able to park car at the hotel whilst away, an added bonus. you keep your keys so know the car will remain where you left it in the car park. excellent choice of food for breakfast.

Well maintained Heathrow airport hotel, however wouldn’t recommend this to families staying with young children as very little on the menu was suitable for kids. Parking was also very challenging the day we stayed and none of the electric charging points were working.

Pool / Gym changing rooms could have been better. Was surprised to find our room had two single beds.

Lovely modern rooms and excellent restaurant service. Only negative was we didn't get the bunk bed advertised and requested.

Fantastic hotel

Good stay prior to flight from Heathrow. Nice spacious rooms. Quiet with the secondary glazing. Would stay again.

Hotel was beautiful. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful but the only issue was the lack of lighting. All the lights were small and the room was extremely dim. All the lighting was like mood at accent lighting. Breakfast was wonderful.

Great location for Heathrow

Transport to / from the airport wasnt the easiest. Waited a long time for the shuttle. And then headed to the airport gave up and ordered an u er. One coach an hour is not ideal. Other than that the hotel was modern, clean, comfy. Good bed and shower. Didnt eat or drink here.

I like the way clients are treated. Did not like the fact the TV was on the blink all the time and no one came to fix it

I stayed at Raddison Red for a conference, my room was lovely. Had a luxurious breakfast on both days of my stay. I had to gain assistance from reception staff during my check in, who promptly assisted with a smile and friendly, professional manner.

Awful stay. Will never stay again.
