Awesome, the hotel is really cool, awesome

The location is connected to a mall, and the room is spacious and clean. When I went to get the key from the receptionist on the lobby floor, I was alone in the elevator with a female staff member (wearing a black uniform). She eyed my suitcase with a judgmental look and a sullen expression, rather than a greeting, but I was also annoyed by the way I was treated. Thankfully, the receptionist was friendly, and the cleaning lady, Kiky, provided extra mineral water in the room to make my stay more comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the staff were very friendly, although smoking is permitted in certain areas of the restaurant.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at The Westin Surabaya. The food was truly delicious, with a varied and high-quality menu. Every dish was fresh and beautifully presented. A special thank you to Chef Bagus, who was so friendly and attentive. He even served us chicken satay, which was so delicious that my son even had three more! 😊 Thank you, The Westin Surabaya and Chef Bagus, we will definitely be back!
