My Points

The owner was untrustworthy. On the day of the event, the venue was not suitable (a different location). The distance to the venue was further, even though they chose this location because of the distance. Complaints were not responded to.

Owner tidak amanah, saat hari-H tempat yang diberikan tidak sesuai (beda tempat). Jarak ke venue jadi lebih jauh, padahal pilih di sini karena pertimbangan jarak. Di-komplain tidak dibalas.

The hotel staff is very diligent, friendly, polite and the room is very clean.

Staff hotel-nya rajin banget, ramah, sopan, sat set, bersih banget kamarnya.
