Doesn't match the app photo, the room is not well maintained

the hotel staff is very friendly, very helpful with the check in process, the hotel area is clean, and the security is good. plus there is a pool in the lobby area which adds to the cool atmosphere, and is very pleasant.

The place is really great. Clean, neat, fragrant, friendly staff, basically the best. But it's a lie 🤣

The mattress is just a bed frame, not a mattress that can be slept on, the pillows smell of sweat like they have never been dried or washed, fortunately the blanket doesn't smell too bad, so it can still be used as a sleeping mat, there is mold everywhere, the walls are cracked, the bathroom faucet has black crust, the TV is broken, the LCD is broken, plus: this super cold AC is very helpful, the floor feels clean because it is ceramic, super cheap, there is wifi, the room lights are super bright

When I arrived I went to the toilet, the service was not good, the place was dirty... I didn't end up staying there

I waited for check-in for an hour. There was an additional charge of 30k. The room did not meet expectations.

After changing rooms twice, I finally upgraded to a double bed which was a bit better but not that good. The mattress was hard, the bedsheet had lots of spots, the bathroom ceramic floor was cracked, so be careful, the water was only on in the shower, and there was lettuce left in the sink.

not recommended at all, the mattress is dirty and very hard like sleeping on a spring with a cloth, the bathroom is dirty, the door is almost broken, the toilet doesn't come out of water and the tap is broken, the hotel environment is dirty and muddy, it is not recommended to stay here even though the price is under 100k but there are still many others that are more worth it

Quite strategic, and indeed cheap. But can't sleep because the bed is uncomfortable, the neighbors are noisy, and the cleanliness is lacking

It's time to evaluate and fix it completely because the condition of the building is no longer suitable. I didn't expect something like this to still be used as an OYO partner.

I have booked since the afternoon on traveloka but when I went there to check in it turned out the room was full, and it was already 1 am, I was told to refund myself and there was no responsibility whatsoever from the hotel. I even had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night which was not because of my carelessness”

Doors can't be locked, dirty, sink broken, a little uncomfortable

the hotel staff is not clear whereabouts, the mattress is so hard that only the springs are left, the sheets are dirty as if they haven't been washed for a long time, the pillows are moldy. water seepage everywhere, the corridors throughout the hotel are dusty. it's cheap but the cleanliness is very minus, highly not recommended.
