There is no elevator, I have to carry my suitcase upstairs myself, the staircase is small, narrow and dirty. If you need anything, there is no one, you have to text via zalo to ask because they work via zalo and there is no staff there. An extremely bad experience for such a room rental price.

Quản lý còn thờ ơ không trả lời thắc mắc của khách, không quan tâm, thách thức feedback nên các bạn đừng ngại 👉🏻 Mình chưa từng thấy dịch vụ và đối xử tệ như vậy nên sẽ không bao giờ quay lại đây lại!
