Large 2-bed room, inconvenient location in alley

Overall, my and my family's experience here is relatively good. However, I do not appreciate the quality of the included services (wifi, drinking water in the room).

The staff probably just sits there and doesn't seem to be able to solve anything. When I was traveling and booked a room, I saw the pictures on the app and it was so beautiful. I recognized the room as if it were for a date 😂 I accidentally paid on the app so I ended up wasting 580k. Four people went and no one dared to stay. After 15 minutes, I packed my things and left. Check in early and get an extra 100k :)) I swear to be honest, everyone stay away. Find another hotel with good reputation and good business to stay. Instead of spending money to buy services, it only makes you feel more angry. What kind of hotel is so gloomy that people stay in the dark? :)) Looking at the room V for 580k, everyone understands enough. Where to climb if you like dogs.
