Overall satisfied with the service

First came as usual check-in and others, after entering the room it turned out there was no water, immediately confirmed to their WA that there was a problem, it didn't take long for an officer to come to the room and check the unit that was having problems, after investigating it turned out that it was the faucet that needed to be fixed, we were also immediately transferred to a larger room + everything was safe and under control. Especially for the lower floors outside the building, it is not recommended, the rooms are not clean, there are lots of sawang, the floor is dusty, the toilet smells of urine, the chairs and curtains are dirty, small animals can easily get in, the rooms are non-smoking but smell of smoke, the towels are yellow, the only good thing is that the AC is cold and there is a smart TV😾

The sink water in the room smells like sewage 🤮

For a decent hotel, the toilets are not very clean, the service is ordinary, and the toilet equipment is lacking.

The sheets had lots of yellow stains. Check out was problematic. The cleaning staff was very rude. Their activities were very noisy and disturbing.

Room cleanliness could be better. No water heater.

The room size is very large but the price is not expensive, even though the breakfast portion is small, the location is in the center of Cilacap City

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful if there is anything you want. The room is nice, neat and clean, stylish like a new bride, hihihi, I really like it, the toilet is also clean, there is hot water too. Above the hotel there is something like a cafe so you can hang out beautifully, the location is close to Cilacap Hospital and our center, suitable for a holiday with friends, partners or family. The food here is also really delicious, especially at affordable prices, you can also have in-room dining service. Room prices are also affordable for a hotel like this, one of the ok places to stay in Cilacap

The hotel is okay but there is housekeeping which is not good at serving guests well, not recommended for rooms priced at 190,000.

AC gak dingin sarapan gak oke air di luar ada kopi tapi ga ada air panas ga ada kocekannya.

Kamarnya bagus banget, serasa jadi putri kerajaan Inggris dalam semalam, hehe, ranjang deluxe nya mewah dan dekorasinya estetik banget. Pelayanannya juga ramah dan cepat tanggap
