Clean and quiet. The hotel is not crowded. The staffs are very helpful.

Nice view hotel, nice view restaurant and bar, delicious food, good swimming pool, good location, the room may be average, not very new, but it's ok, reasonable, worth the price. All the staff are lovely and the service is very good, attentive, smiling and greeting. I really appreciate the staff at this hotel. Very cute.

พัก 2 วัน วันแรกแจ้งเคาเตอร์ ทำความสะอาด กลับห้องมายังไม่ทำเลย ลงถามเคาเตอร์ บอกว่ายังไม่ทำหรอคะ สงสัยการสื่อสารภายในมีปัญหา อาหารเช้าไม่อร่อย ดีสุดไข่ดาว ไข่คน เทียบกับ Centra by crntara ที่พัทยา แตกต่างกันมาก

ครั้งนี้กลับมาพักเป็นครั้งที่3แล้วค่ะ ตัวเราเป็นผู้พิการนั่งวิลแชร์ พี่พนักงานช่วยคนกระเป๋าจำเราได้ด้วย พี่เค้าบริการดีมากตั้งไปจนวันกลับเลย ส่งกระเป๋าเสร็จพี่เค้าก็เอาเก้าอี้อาบน้ำสำหรับผู้พิการมาให้ เอาทางลาดสำหรับขึ้น-ลงหน้าห้องมาให้ เพราะหน้าห้องมีสเต็ป1ขั้น(ไม่สูง) วันนี้ได้มีโอกาสพาครอบครัวพี่ที่สนิทกับลูกๆพี่เค้ามาเที่ยว น้องๆชอบทั้งห้องพักและกิจกรรม เดินลงมาก็ลงสระว่ายน้ำได้เลย น้องๆเล่นน้ำกันสนุกสนาน ตกเย็นสั่งอาหารโรงแรมทานที่ริมทะเลชิวๆ บรรยากาศดีสุดๆค่ะ ครั้งที่2ที่ไป ได้ห้องชั้น2 แล้วไม่ได้นอนทั้งคืนเพราะเสียงเด็กๆวิ่งจากชั้นบน ครั้งนี้เลยรีเควสขอชั้นบน ทางโรงแรมจัดชั้น4ให้ เราได้พักห้องเดิมที่เคยไปพักครั้งแรก ที่มา ประทับใจกับการบริการและสถานที่มากค่ะ น้อยครั้งที่จะเจอที่พักถูกใจแล้วไปซ้ำอีกหลายๆครั้ง ที่นี่กลายเป็นที่ประจำของครอบครัวทุกครั้งที่ไปชะอำแล้วค่ะ อาหารเช้าที่นี่ก็อร่อย คุณภาพดี มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย ครั้งแรกที่ไป เดือนมีนา65 ประทับใจมากทุกอย่าง ครั้งที่สองพาครอบครัวไป เดือนส.ค.65 ผิดพลาดหลายจุด อาจจะเพราะวันนั้นลูกค้าเยอะ เลยเกิดปัญหา แต่พอแจ้งไปทางโรงแรมก็จัดการให้นะคะ ครั้งที่สาม(ครั้งนี้) 4-5ก.พ.66 ความประทับใจกลับคืนมาเหมือนเดิมเลยค่ะ ทั้งพนักงานบริการยิ้มแย้ม บริการดี ห้องพักดีวิวดี ทุกอย่างลงตัว ขอให้ยึดมาตรฐานนี้ไว้นะคะ👍
