The staff was completely unfriendly, the facilities went up to the third floor but there was no elevator, and the staff didn't offer or help with luggage, even though the guests were elderly. The air conditioning was dusty, the bathroom was dirty. Prices were high during high season, several times higher than usual, but the service wasn't commensurate with the price.

The place is actually comfortable, but the hot water doesn't turn on, even though in Paragon Jogja the hot water for bathing is on and there is hot water for making popmie too, but why in Paragon this the hot water for bathing doesn't turn on and there is no hot water for making popmie, that's all. Everything else is safe.
