Wonderful guest experience at Lily Country Club. The staff members were professional and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and both the evening meal and breakfast the following morning were superb. The hotel sets a high standard for itself as a conference center, and it met my expectations in every regard. I look forward to staying at LCC again in the future.

Only negative thing is the noise from the traffic but I guess you cannot change anything in relation to this?

Regular rooms and bathroom a bit small for 2 people, staying for 2 days. Everything else is really, really good.

Lily Country Club was clean and spacious, but our experience was a bit muddied by the attitudes of the staff. From check in to our experience at the restaurant, we felt like we weren’t given the same courtesy as those dressed in suits and who appeared to be regulars. For the price we paid for one night, we feel like we could have had a better experience elsewhere without the snobbery.

Very nice and perfect Easter activities for the kids. Delicious breakfast and very good pizza for dinner. The spa area is also cozy and the kids loved it 😍

Sad experience my partner and I had during our “stay” on 14–15 February 2026. We booked this stay specifically for the spa, a nice dinner, and a relaxing experience. Upon arrival we were immediately told that the spa not included, since we booked true Hotels.com ??. Now SPA was fully booked and unavailable for us — despite our booking and expectations. We were told only that there might be availability the next morning. We were also advised to book dinner quickly, but when I spoke with the maître d’, we were told the restaurant was fully booked for the entire evening, even though we were flexible with timing. The only alternative offered was pizza at the bar ? I travel frequently and have never experienced a hotel that cannot provide dinner reservations for its own 2 guests. I informed reception that I wished to cancel the stay. The receptionist did go and speak with his manager before agreeing to a refund I received a call from the restaurant after we returned home saying they did have a table available — an option never offered to us while at the hotel. This was a very disappointing experience for us, and the lack of effort from staff to find solutions was disappointing and unprofessional.

This is my second time staying at Lily Country Club. Rooms are lovely and clean. The beds are amazing. Food is delicious and the staff is really helpful. It is close to airport and not to far from the center. Highly recommended.

This is an absolutely wonderful hotel that I really recommend. Everything is perfect! The breakfast, dinner are very good. The gym is very good with a lot of tools and machines.

They don’t like customers who don’t book direct. As a Hotel.com booking the receptionist accused me if having 2 bookings and surprised us by advising only direct bookings get to use the Spa without paying extra. No pleasantries whatsoever. Massive 409+ room hotel- but we we put in room directly above construction site, where we were awoken 7pm by builders starting work. Breakfast is OK but had to wait for table and was chastised for trying to sit at a table outside the dining area. Just not the friendly atmosphere we were expecting and desk staff not bothered when 7am builders awaking was raised at checkout.

Amazing food and spa. The spa had so many different rooms and pools to enjoy and offered drinks and a lovely lounge area. We also had it to ourselves as a group and that was really lovely. The food was outstanding in the restaurant and the breakfast that’s included with the hotel is phenomenal with an enormous selection. My only issue that threw us off was that a large portion of the staff seemed to have a problem with us being American. We had a Norwegian traveling in our group and unfortunately we received much quicker and pleasant service when he interacted with the staff instead of the rest of the group. For example, getting a table in the restaurant was difficult and one of us was even questioned multiple times about our eating habits at breakfast by a waiter. This guest has a a history of eating disorders, so it came off very abrasive and was upsetting so the Norwegian guest in our group had to step in. I’m very understanding of the political culture right now and there was a very loud, rude and boisterous party of Americans there the first night we got there, so I understand if the staff was wary of us and how we might act so I didn’t take it personally, but it definitely made things more difficult to enjoy our stay.
