Staff were very nice and the hotel is wonderful too - extremely clean and centrally located. But there is just one Problem: Elevator could NOT be used for guest (just for luggage available) so it’s a huge inconvenience for unlucky guest who stay in 3 Floor like us. If I has room in first or second floor I would give them 10 out of 10 Points ☺️

The staff are cute, gentle and supportive. The room is clean as advertised, cleaned every day. The location is very close by walking to Khaosan road, can take tuk tuk/grab to The GrandPalace, the remaining locations are going to China town or Siam... usually take him grab for him a few kilometers (average 200->300BTH) for Anh 7-seat car because I'm traveling 2 families. This hotel is quiet place and easy to sleep. Good! We had coffee and cake on the first floor. Pleasant and delicious cake! However, those who want to stay in England more crowded and bustling place should consider 😊

The staff are friendly and provide full service. The room layout is very good. The room is decorated cutely. There is a smart TV. The room has a view of the Mahanakhon building (room 305). The bed is comfortable. The air conditioner is cool. The location is close to famous tourist attractions and delicious restaurants.

The parking lot is terrible, the entrance is so small that you can't enter. Have to pay additional parking fees elsewhere 150 baht The room does not have an elevator. In the room there is a smell, the air conditioner is not cold, very bad feeling.

New equipment, lovely staff, rooms are cleaned every day very clean. The only minus point is that the soundproofing room is not good.
