Séjour et nuit très agréable, accueil très correct et jovial même si une discussion fut engagée par mon épouse au sujet de la demande de notre acte de mariage qui fut un peu mis oublier puisque nous avons était surclassé sur notre chambre. Vraiment un bel établissement bien situé dans le quartier Guéliz avec tout les services. Hamma, spa, petite piscine sympas sur le toit, autre atout pas besoin de sortir si vous le souhaitez l'hôtel possède un restaurant au nom de Pensée avec une formule brunch exceptionnelle à un prix très correct pour Marrakech de même le brunch du matin pour le petit déjeuner avec l'accompagnement soir et matin de 2 musiciens très sympathiques. Je conseille cet hôtel dans un quartier attractif entourer de commerces divers proche de la Gare, juste un petit bémol le stationnement mais on trouve de la place facilement autour sans difficultés avec des gardiens pour la nuit à petit prix..

Great location in the 'new city' which seems like it only means it's not in the ancient part of the city walls. Great A/C if you're into that kind of thing, very helpful staff fluent in English, Spanish, French

Personal correcto. Excelente ubicación. El estado de sábanas, toallas y cortinas deja bastante que desear, todo está muy viejo y usado. La limpieza es justa o escasa.

Staff attentative

Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant served varieties of buffet food at reasonable price. Very clean and nice environment. However there were flies everywhere, maybe due to the hot weather. Bedroom was clean and very comfortable with cool air conditioning. It needs to walk about 20 minutes to the Square and open market (Souk). Its a bit hard walking under the strong sun.

Very welcoming. Reception staff were excellent. Breakfast was ample and delicious. Nice and quiet property and quite safe.

Hotel was reasonably clean, everything was fine, just not anything special. It felt quite expensive for what I got, especially when there are so many cheaper options available. The service was very slow. Breakfast was mediocre.

This is a fairly average hotel. Our bathroom was, unfortunately, unprepared and not clean, with hairs stuck to the shower wall and no towels provided. The pool was again, average, but sadly shut at 6pm, so swimming was only possible in the full sun, and sitting on the roof terrace in the evening was not allowed. The location was fine for bars and restaurants, but not much else. Our visit was OK, but I would not return.

We stayed for 7 nights. Booked Suites. Overall nice staff. But hotel wasn't willing to replace towels, they wanted us to use smae towel for 3 days before changing them. Tea & coffee sachets were not replenished, even though we requested few times. Paid over £1600 for rooms, getting hotel staff to provide basic amenties proved a difficult task.

The staff is very friendly and kind. Extremely helpful and they give their guests the attention they deserve.

A decent hotel, the room and bathroom were great, nice rooftop with a small pool and a couple of loungers. The restaurant served great dinner, however I can’t say the same for the breakfast - a lot of items missing, extremely slowly refilled, I had flashbacks of supermarket shelves during Covid
