Good breakfast, nice rooms, spacious room and bathroom

I have stayed at this property several times. This time it was not as comfortable as before. The inroom cleaning is not done throughly and it is not done until after 3pm. It was a discussion to get fresh towels and than she only left 1. I was told new check in are the priority over stay overs! I asked if my money was different from a new arrival. The staff does not speak clear English making the communication a bit difficult.

Over all: Our stay here was one of the better stays that we've had with any hotel! Check in was quick and easy with Ellie at the front desk as she was fabulous with us! Made for a calm and easy/stress free check in! Cleanliness: I gave a 4 star. The room and property were clean for sure however, the bathroom in our suit was questionable as there was dried fecal matter on the outside of the toilet bowl, on the floor infront of the toilet and some hairs around the toilet. We brought it up to Ellie at the front desk who handled it perfectly. We were able to send her the photos we took. Staff and service: Great staff for sure!! Always greet you with a smile and very friendly!! Property conditions and facilities: Two of my kids used the hot tub and said it was great so i have no issues with this one. Only downfall was the pool was closed, however, thats so minor for this quick trip as we were celebrating our twins sweet 16 and would be at west ed anyways. Area around the property: It was great!! No complaints! Parking was easy and for it being free, with our big family, it was perfect! Lots of stuff close by as well! We will for sure be staying at this hotel the next time we plan a weekend in Edmonton!!

Great location. Friendly staff

Really enjoyed staying here. Very quiet. Check in was quick for the most part and the people are pleasant. The lady who runs the breakfast bar weekends does a great job at keeping it running clean and efficiently. Would stay here again!

The front desk was very helpful. The free breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The pool, fitness area were clean.

Enjoyed our 5 night stay. Breakfast was wonderful, all the staff are very nice and polite. Facility had everything we need, including underground heated parking in minus 30 weather was a blessing. Really enjoyed our stay.
