The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, perhaps due to renovations. The breakfast was also delicious. It wasn't crowded, and I didn't see any other foreigners.

Location is great and near to the night life area. However giving it a miss next time round as the wifi is extremely slow and you won’t be able to use it much. It is only on full 3 bars at the first level. We stayed on the 7th floor and was on 2 bars at best the whole time.

A hair dryer is provided, and the hotel offers an amenities buffet. + Location: The location is excellent, situated near Exit 5 of Susukino Station which has an elevator—very convenient! - Minor: The windows in the room cannot be opened. Highly recommended for a comfortable and well-located stay in Sapporo.

Had an enjoyable and comfortable stay throughout the 4 nights. The room was spacious and cozy, and amenities were well provided. Staff were friendly and helpful, too. The location was good and within a 10-minute walk to the subway. There were many restaurants around, too. Highly recommended!
