The front desk staff were especially helpful and the breakfast was the best I've had in any hotel or restaurant! Very well located for buses, underground and places like St Katherine's docks and tower bridge.

Right next to Tower of London. Washer/ dryer in room. Staff was extremely accommodating! Serviced rooms early in morning. Pull out bed was comfortable enough for children. Queen bed was very firm (not a problem for us but may be for some). Across from train and lovely pub. Would stay again!

Room could be more cleaner under the bed . Lifts not working correctly, 1 out of order. Minimal cutlery & plates in apartment. Remote not working on 1 tv. Too many small issues for what I have paid .

The room was immaculate and extremely well equipped. Incredible value for money. We usually stay at the Tower Hotel but this was over £100 cheaper and far superior. Would highly recommend.

The room was clean, roomy, and modern. The staff was extremely helpful and greeted us every time we walked by. The hotel is very convenient to the tube, buses, the tower Bridge, and the Tower of London.
