Got a unit that wasn't as good as before, paid early check-in more expensive than before but the room was dirtier and smaller. Lots of cockroach children and some of the furniture that was already broken.

Got a room that's ugly and not really, how come there's no cupboard? Only using rickety shelves like that, the furniture is already ugly & there is no socket, everything is filled with plugs. If you don't have an empty room, don't open it for rent! Don't rent a room that isn't worth it!

I arrived at 13.30 but could only check in at 14.40 WIB. I waited long enough in the lobby. The room I ordered was deluxe for 4 people where the price was higher than the regular room. However, what I got was an ordinary room and enough for 2 people. I have complained but nothing came. The floor of the room also still has a lot of hair and dust. Quite disappointed because it was beyond expectations. Thanks for the experience

Sebenarnya kondisi ruangan ok, wangi fasilitas kamar mandi dan air mineral lengkap. Hanya saja agak kecewa ya dipilihkan kamar yang kurang bersih, kasur sudah cekung yang mana pernya kerasa, banyak debu di bagian atas lemari, TV, dan dapur. Agar pengalaman customer lebih nyaman sebaiknya pihak manajemen memperbaiki fasilitas kamar dan meningkatkan kebersihan. Sehingga kepercayaan untuk menggunakan jasa steve property meningkat. Salam sukses untuk ke depannya.

Very satisfied, according to the pict view, it really gets it, the facilities are complete and clean, only the water heater doesn't work, but no problem, I'm very satisfied. Next, I hope to get rich before ^.

Clean Rooms, Quiet Atmosphere and good service. It's a loss if you stay only one night.

Overall, it's good, just not provided with bath soap. There are no tablespoons either. Then the remote decorder tv box doesn't work properly, it makes emotions not want to go .
