I stayed here for two nights, and it's recommended for a break, but not a staycation. So, if you're looking for a safe and comfortable place to rest, it's perfect. The facilities are comparable to a premium boarding house, as it's mixed with other boarding houses.

The place is nice, comfortable, and quiet, even though it's on the main road. It's close to the city center and the Kuningan office area in Jakarta. I suggest adding an elevator. Check the hot water, as it sometimes doesn't run hot. There's a kitchen on each floor. Other than that, everything is nice and clean, and the staff are kind and friendly.

The staff was very friendly, my charger was followed by the staff when I was in a hurry to check out.

If there were 1000 stars, I'd give it 1000 stars ✨️. For under 200,000 rupiah per night, in a central business district, easy access everywhere. There's a 24-hour food stall right in front, an express coin laundry service next door, an Alfamart a 2-minute walk away, a market a 5-minute walk away, and a communal kitchen and refrigerator. It's definitely worth the money. There are many other things that impressed me and made me feel comfortable even though I only stayed here for a few days: 1. The building is secure and requires a key to access even the living room. 2. 24-hour security and super friendly and helpful staff. I ordered food online several times, and it was brought to my room. 3. The room is comfortable and compact. 4. The Wi-Fi is fast enough for laptops, but it's a bit bumpy on my phone, but it's not a big deal. Thank you, sir, for the great service. Highly recommended 👍🤝

Highly recommended for those visiting Jakarta, but only for sightseeing and staying overnight. It's close to everything, the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is clean. There are also plenty of eateries nearby.

Overall, the rooms, service, cleanliness, and proximity to food vendors are good, and it's close to everything. There are many vendors in the morning and evening, and it's close to the office center. If you just walk, you can save on transportation.
