New towels were provided upon request. They said they didn't have any blankets for the time being. The windows were shimmering, disrupting my rest. I had ants on my first day.

Fun, strategic location.

It's quite comfortable to sleep on, but unfortunately the mattresses are combined into one, so sleeping in the middle feels painful because of the metal.

Great for family vacations.

The hotel staff is friendly, close to the regional hospital, affordable prices, clean rooms and hotel area.

Just want to give some advice, please clean it because there are lots of big cockroaches under the bed and in the bathroom, overall it's okay.

the receptionist was very unfriendly

This is the worst experience I've had, and I've stayed in shitholes. I arrived at 2 AM (precisely as I requested). The receptionist gave me a room with no water and a moldy stench. I moved to another room with no Wi-Fi and glitchy lights, then moved to the 3rd room. All rooms bore a rancid odor from humidity and mold; the hallway smelled a lot better. There is no soundproof at all despite the solid walls.

The rooms are spacious, clean, the service is friendly and the location is strategic so it's easy to go anywhere.

I was given 3 TV remotes but none of them worked, the 3rd floor was very noisy in the morning, the sound of employees cleaning or what I don't know, it really disturbed my break time.

The room is clean, but the bathroom door can't be closed properly and is broken.

Providing coffee facilities in the hotel would be a good idea.... because none are available nearby in the city. Advice about where to eat (buy food) near the hotel would be helpful. Water flow in bathroom is very slow...
