Hi. Apart from waiting it is unclear in the lobby for more than 1 hour. It turns out that there must be a deposit of 300 thousand. When entering the room there was the smell of cigarettes, even though it was clear asked for a non-smoking room. There isn't any complementary. No toiletries at all. Poor wifi connection. The TV cannot be used because the channel doesn't seem to have been paid for. (the attached photo is yes 😊) and when I asked the manager, it turned out that I had to do everything myself. I was told that someone would come to give something that was missing, but until I checked out the person didn't come. Fyi, check out shouldn't be later than 12. Can be late check out but will be charged half of the rental price. (can be checked because there is a rec conversation between me and the manager) unfortunately the policy or some things from Travelio gave me a bad impression, hopefully next time it will be even better huh 😊
