Dear Ibu Bintari, Thank you for the review and we are apologize for the inconvenience that happen during your stay with us which is normally not happen, our resort remote location that surrounded by lust tropical garden make bugs is very common thing you will see, as our concept is back to nature. The material that we use to build the resort it self is made of very natural material including the bathroom, therefore some part of the room look very natural, however our staff is always ensure the cleanliness of the room before the guest check in. We apologize if there are some things that do not match your expectations during your stay in Ulaman. The use of hot water is indeed a little limited if it is used to fill the bathub in the two adjoining villas simultaneously, because of the small tank capacity. Because the concept of our resort is an Eco Resort and in an effort to get closer to nature and create harmony with the surrounding environment, some animals such as birds, frogs, monkeys, including geckos can still be encountered when guests visit at certain times if guests are lucky .
