Thank God, we had a comfortable stay for 4 nights and 5 days. The kids had fun in the playground and the clean swimming pool. Laundry service is available, GoFood is accessible, and transportation is quite easy. The building is on the 26th floor and access is through basement lobby B. Ask the security guard for help accessing the elevator to the 26th floor.

Very satisfied here, but unfortunately the room smells a bit of cigarettes, try to differentiate clients who don't want the smell of cigarettes from those who don't. But overall it's really good. Oh yeah, also provide a broom in the room if possible, so we can sweep ourselves if there is a little dirt, because I stayed for 3 days so I also needed a broom. The swimming pool is nice. Oh yeah, the description should also be informed that the key is on the top floor and to get to the basement parking you have to ask security in the basement for access. My experience at this hotel was okay, but access was a bit confusing, overall it was good.

Overall, it was enjoyable, but I was a little disappointed that the adult pool was unavailable due to repairs. It would have been better if there had been prior notification in the app, as one of the reasons we stayed here was for the swimming facilities. Hopefully, this will be addressed in the future.

Honestly, everything is really good, and access to parking is very adequate (not complicated) then there is also an Indomaret point which is very helpful if you are confused about what to eat, there is a laundry in the basement so you don't have to worry if there are a lot of clothes that need to be washed. Actually, everything is really good, especially for a long stay like quite a long time because the staff is also helpful for make up or anything you need. But yesterday there was something that made me quite disappointed because I had to really check out in the middle of the night, and I was outside. I know it wasn't the hotel staff's fault, but I still felt disappointed because during my stay I didn't find any shortcomings. Hopefully if I come back to stay here, the hotel or apartment management can be improved to be even better
