Sangat nyaman dan bersih serta aksesnya sangat mudah.

First of all, check in nya ribet karena harus download Travelio dulu. Cuma karena ya itu inquiry dari mereka ya gue ikutin, dan please expect 1-2 jam untuk dapet kunci (balik lagi itu karena rules Travelio seperti itu dan tidak flexible seperti hotel conventional). Gue terima banget, gue ikutin banget rulesnya, walaupun gue agak push mereka sedikit. Tapi yang bikin gue kecewa adalah fasilitas unitnya, aduh gak banget, dan gak lagi-lagi.

The check-in and checkout processes were complicated, there were cockroaches in the unit, the water was dirty even though it was later clean. The bathroom drain is clogged.

Early check-in, the roomboy said that the access card was placed on the shelf with the key when checking out, then we took the initiative to leave the key to the security while the access card was still in place but when we asked when our deposit was transferred back, travelio asked where access card and hold our deposit. There could be a game between the travelio admin and roomboy to remove the access card so that our deposit money is not returned. This is obviously very detrimental to us because we only follow the room boy's instructions to put the access card in its original place.
