Strategic location, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, really love staying here...

Suggestions: - The lobby should have cooler air conditioning, considering Solo's relatively hot temperature. - Wi-Fi should be more stable and uninterrupted, and TV programs should be more consistent, without having to log in. - The front parking area should be covered, considering that all residents check out by 10:00 AM at the latest, when the sun is already starting to shine.

The room I was staying in seems not too clean. The bed kinda feels a bit dusty, but overall a nice stay

Hotel staff are friendly when providing service

This was my second time staying at Fim by Zigna hotel, previously was Solia hotel. I’m glad that the hotel room is still clean and neat; however, the staff at the reception are not as friendly or courteous as the previous team.

The door leading to the balcony can't be locked, otherwise it's fine 👍

From the beginning until, the location is in the city center, close to everywhere, there is a large parking lot, the hotel is very well maintained, the hotel area is clean and fragrant… lots of Javanese ornaments but the hotel is contemporary, aesthetic, there is a children's play area and also a swimming pool, the kids love it. The room is neat, clean, fragrant, the bathroom is also clean complete with a hair dryer. The breakfast menu is delicious and varied. It will definitely be our next destination if we stay in Solo. The check-in process is quite a wait of 15-20 minutes. Hopefully it can be faster in the future. Thank you FIM by Zigna

If the hotel is Friday-Sunday there is a cafe with live music, and the prices are pocket-friendly.

I would like to provide an overall review of my stay. Overall, I had a very good experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the friendly and professional front desk team. Furthermore, the dinner experience at the angkringan (angkringan food stall) was very enjoyable, with fast, responsive, and friendly service. However, there was a rather unfortunate incident at breakfast. By 8:00 a.m., most of the food served was gone and had not been promptly replenished, thus reducing the guest's enjoyment of breakfast. This certainly needs attention, considering that it was still the prime breakfast time. Furthermore, the service from the kitchen team, particularly at the omelet station, also needs to be improved, particularly in terms of attitude and interaction with guests. It is hoped that the team can provide friendlier, more communicative, and more professional service, creating a more enjoyable experience for guests. Overall, the already good stay was less than optimal due to the service at breakfast. Hopefully, this issue will be addressed in the future to improve and enhance service quality.

For a family-friendly hotel experience, this is the perfect choice. The welcome drink and snacks are excellent, and there's live music and a drink in the lobby on weekends. The prices are also reasonable compared to hotel prices. The swimming pool is also safe for children. The beds are soft. The lobby also has a cafe, making it a great place to hang out.
