Checked in and paid, then went up to the room and found that the room was not clean. The bed sheet was not changed, it was wrinkled, there were stains on the sheet, used tissues were placed on the bed, the towels should be changed, they were old and dirty, the bathroom looked like they hadn't been scrubbed at all, the staff were not professional in providing service, I highly do not recommend staying here, I have never encountered such a bad hotel, I came down to cancel the room and refund the money, but the staff said that they could not do it at that time, they would transfer it to the account in another 5 days, until now I still have not received the money from the hotel as promised by the staff.

Not recommended! The management has changed, very different from the previous one. The ceiling leaks in the hallway, it seems like it hasn't been fixed for a long time. The drinking water in the hallway is also empty, even though the rooms don't provide drinking water. The only plus point is the strategic location.

Having a decline compared to 2022, even though the price has increased by about 3 times. Quite disappointed with the management, they used to be friendly and fast, the rooms were also clean, now it looks like many spots seem to be neglected for cleanliness and not well maintained.

It has potential, but poor service and management (unfilled water jug, broken room key card, stained bed sheets and towels, and no soap or shampoo refills) prevent it from improving anytime soon.

Yes, it's quite comfortable for you to rest. The place is also very strategic, so just walk if you want to go sightseeing in Braga. Hotel employees are also alert and fast if we need something. Next you can stay here again

Got room no 1. Very strategic location for walking around Braga San area and the staff is helpful. First check in, there was only 1 towel, empty soap shampoo, toilet paper out, empty drinking water. As soon as I told the receptionist, everything was complete. Better check before there are guests coming in. Input because this is very important, the towels and mats are already very dark, so they need to be rejuvenated and replaced with new ones, as well as the sheets and blankets which also have spots here and there. There are only 2 choices for breakfast, fried rice and toast. Per person gets only 1, and the taste is really good. 🌹. Make improvements and I'm pretty sure many will repeat to stay at this accommodation. Cheers.

The hotel is in a strategic location right on Jalan Braga, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is very helpful. While staying there was a big event going on so it wasn't very comfortable. Because there was no room at breakfast, we were directed to eat in the room. Oh yes, even when staying overnight, because the room is near the stairs, the sound of people passing by or staff at the bottom of the stairs chatting penetrates into the room. Even though the windows are closed, rest time is disturbed.

The hallway to the room is smelly & dirty. The only drinking water in the room was an empty bottle & when I wanted to fill it, the dispenser was out of stock and very dirty. The interior of the room needs more attention, the floor is insulated. For breakfast, it's delicious because you order it at the Gas Block restaurant.

Just stay overnight, get the price almost 500k. The building is historic, in front there is a cafe, the accommodation is located at the back. First come, the service was good, the check-in process was quite smooth, but I didn't expect that the accommodation was at the back (facing the parking area, so if you bring a motorbike or car you have to go through the side road, don't go through Jalan Brag, a) for room number 3 , position on the 2nd floor. Actually, the request for twins was noted down, but instead I got a double, I forgot to ask and make sure, I was already in the room, too lazy to go out. Facility; Umbrellas, gallon water are provided (there is a pitcher in the room to fill the gallon in the hallway), if you are in the room, you get sandals, a standard toothbrush and toothpaste, if you have bottled shampoo and soap. There is warm water, AC, smart TV with Netflix (the TV is quite small) and the windows use blinds but they can't be opened (there is a prohibition), the size is quite small for the price of almost 500k, a little less than worth it actually. Choose a menu for breakfast, there are omurice and sandwiches, that's all, and drinks, you can choose coffee, tea or juice (syrup). It's nice to be close to the exit and enjoy Braga, or walk a little to the main square. Unfortunately, when I wanted to rest at night, outside the room (the window facing the parking lot) there was someone working, I don't know what they were doing, using a ceramic cutting machine, oh my gosh, it was so noisy, at 9 o'clock at night, oh my god

Penginapan enak banget. Sarapan paginya juga enak, pelayanan luar biasa kayak bintang 5 deh dari staff sampai ke security. Cuma sayang kamarnya sedikit kalau mau memesan di sini pada hari libur harus war dulu jauh-jauh hari karena selalu habis tempatnya.
