The room is very spacious, but unfortunately the floor is a bit dirty and the room was also full of ants when I stayed there. The rest is good, the swimming pool is also very clean.

The location is a bit remote but quiet...the room is spacious, quiet so you can swim freely.

The place is super comfortable, clean, big rooms & beds, the vibes feel like you're in Bali, there's also Balinese mixed rice for sale 🥰, the atmosphere is calm, relaxing, the price is pocket-friendly. Suitable for family vacations, the location is in the middle between Malang & Batu cities So for those who are tired after playing around in Batu, you can have a comfortable rest here, for a vacation with friends it's also fun 👍👍

Actually, this hotel has a very comfortable atmosphere, especially in the afternoon near the pool. The room is large and has good light circulation. The drawbacks are the dirty bathroom, dirty glasses and teapots, and no amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste.

Actually, the size of the room is really good, but it's a shame that the cleanliness should be improved even though it's actually comfortable. Especially the toilet, which is important.

The location is in the Giri Palma housing complex, using maps it's safe, but the road is a bit narrow. So don't expect a wide road like on a highway. I got a room in the corner, it seems like no one has slept there for a long time, the toilet is dirty with lots of ants' nests, but thank God it can be used. The pillowcase smells musty, housekeeping asked to change it immediately, but it seems like all the pillowcases are not in good condition. Finally I just took off the pillowcase. So far the mattress is safe. The room is spacious, the TV channels are good, the AC takes a while to cool down, the hot water also takes a while when people are taking a shower. This hotel has a swimming pool, it's located next to a restaurant so if you want to swim when people are around, don't eat so you don't feel like you're being watched. The hotel is Balinese style so the restaurant menu is also not halal. There are grab/go food merchants nearby.

I came here because it was close to my son's boarding house, Thursina IIBS Malang.

The hotel is quite good physically but lacks maintenance. The room is spacious but the water heater doesn't work, the flush doesn't work, the water in the washbasin doesn't flow, there are lots of ants, the furniture is rarely cleaned. The location is not strategic. The restaurant is non-halal, so you have to order from outside the hotel. But the staff is quite friendly.

Friendly staff, flexible CO & CI time, friendly price. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom, bedroom, bed sheets, room facilities, etc. is very lacking

Very dirty! The room floor is full of dust, the window table is dusty, the bed is full of dead ants. Not recommended.

The hotel is very comfortable, this is the umpteenth time my family and I have been here, because the hotel is quite quiet. The AC is also cold since the last time I stayed in 2023, there have been many improvements, the bathroom also provides toothbrushes that were not previously available, the room is quite spacious. For receptionists, if possible, there must always be someone on standby. So guests when checking in/out don't have to have two receptionists.

Hotel staff is friendly, room cleanliness could be better. When it rains water seeps on the windows. Broken, dirty, rough bed linen. Mosquitoes, my goodness, cockroaches entered the room through under the door. Ants on the table, trash can. The bathroom is ok, the water sink is turned off because when it is turned on it leaks. The towel linen didn't seem clean because the color wasn't white. Not recommended for the second time staying overnight there.

The room is big but the room is not as ordered, should have been deluxe but was given superior, and asked for a large bed but was not given even though it was noted when ordering. The mattress is not clean, there are no amenities, there are also no tissues. So you have to buy it yourself, almost 90% of the food is non-halal, there is no elevator here so if you get a room upstairs it will be tiring to go up and down. However, the CS is very friendly when serving.

Not recommended to bring baby there, the residents are naughty, my child can only sleep at dawn. Soap & shampoo smells like medicine, no toothbrush. Mattress & sheets make you itchy.

Catatan: 1. Ac kurang dingin, mungkin karena kapasitas ac tidak sesuai dengan ukuran kamar. 2. Tidak ada kaca di wastafel kamar mandi. 3. Kolam sedang dalam maintenance, jadi tidak bisa mencoba. 4. Resto dengan menu non halal (antara lain: babi guling).

Not recommended. Dirty room, dirty toilet, hole in the toilet ceiling, AC not cold and worse at 9 am the electricity went out. Asked the receptionist the answer was because of PLN blackout and they didn't have a generator. As a result, the free sauna from 9 am to 1.30 pm without taking a shower because the KM water was also off. Asked for compensation but refused. Terrible. The receptionist also disappeared, looked for several times but was not there. This is not a hotel, it seems, maybe it is more suitable as a boarding house.

Staff hotel ramah, kamar lumayan luas dan nyaman, kalau mau ketenangan bisa nginap di sini.
