Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Room soundproofing is a bit poor.

I booked a room here, the price on the app is twice as expensive as offline but the service is very bad, the room is not soundproof. Very small. The bathroom is not clean, the previous person's things are still intact. My room has a double bed but the blanket given is very small. I contacted the receptionist to borrow more blankets, however, the receptionist gave me the bed sheet. Very impolite. First time and last time. Will not come back.
