Very very disappointing, I have booked and have made payments via Alfamidi according to what is attached from their side. After arriving at the hotel location, what our power is, a student hears a sentence thrown from the hotel at location i no longer cooperates and just calls the number listed asking for money to be returned or refunded with the situation in the afternoon around half past 4 the atmosphere of heavy rain and we drove we like it or not we accept motorbikes. Until finally we moved to another hotel by making transactions manually not through the Traveloka Site, and we have reported it with both parties and we were told to wait 30-60 minutes at that time around 19.1 WIB we contacted more than two numbers and arrived 22. 3 we are waiting for no one to make a refund of our money. Even though we just want our money to return because we don't have much capital here, we want to research but what can we do.
