I happened to stay for a birthday and the experience was quite pleasant in terms of service, facilities, etc., but what might need to be improved is the soundproofing. While I was staying, it sounded like there was work going on until dusk, and it was quite disturbing.

The best Pullman I've ever been to

The breakfast spread was quite disappointing for a 5-star hotel.

The hotel staff is friendly and proactive. The hotel is clean and comfortable, quiet, and offers complete amenities and a wide selection of breakfast options.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Pullman, with easy access to restaurants and cafes. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the lounge service was excellent. It's perfect for vacations and staycations.

Strategic location in the city center. The rooms aren't very spacious, and the bathrooms are very cramped for a 5-star hotel. The bathroom facilities are mediocre, with the showerhead broken. There are some dusty areas and dirty glass. The swimming pool is dirty and smells strongly of chlorine, which discourages children from swimming. Many facilities need improvement, but they could be better.

Great location, we always choose to stay at Pullman Bandung. Service is great as well.

The room was basically okay, but it was a bit noisy at night. Car and motorcycle exhausts could be heard clearly. The soundproofing wasn't great. Especially on weekends, the noise from cars and motorbikes got even louder after midnight. The room amenities, size, and other things were fine.
