Just meet the expectation and average at the cost. 

Very nice and clean property. Room is spacious and quiet. Would stay here again next time. 

I paid for the hotel in advance via hotels.com, yet when I left, they posted the charge of 400 dollars of security deposit on my card I used to check in. Obviously I used zero room service, zero food on site, no damage to the room, etc. I have no idea how this charge happened and it's frustrating!
