The front desk staff were incredibly kind, which made for a pleasant start to the check-in process. I was grateful that they answered my questions with such sincerity and without any hesitation. The room was exceptionally clean; everything from the bedding to the bathroom was impeccably maintained, allowing for a comfortable stay. Above all, having booked an ocean view room, the view of the sea from the window was truly beautiful. Being able to see the ocean immediately upon waking up in the morning was the best part. Overall, it was a satisfying stay, and I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Incheon.
