I had great experience staying at the grand mansion. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful.

A new hotel with a luxurious design, the furniture used is technologically advanced, the food is delicious, the facilities are quite complete, there is a swimming pool and a children's playground, very satisfied staying here, hopefully the price doesn't go up.

Check-in was fast, room was nice, but when we checked out we were accused of taking towels and bathrobes even though in my child's room I didn't get towels and only 1 bath robe in the main room, the equipment should have been checked before we entered again so don't make accusations. Our suitcases were checked, there was no problem, just being shy, it turned out not to be proven really unprofessional, just an apology even though it was fatal to accuse like that. If you want to stay, be careful to check the completeness of your room, they will think if you don't have one, they don't get what they accuse.

Quick check-in, friendly service, luxurious interior lobby, comfortable place away from city noise, every room is clean and fragrant, automatic toilet, swimming pool is divided into 2 for adults and children, breakfast is delicious and all services are very good . The hotel is comfortable, clean with a modern minimalist luxury design, complete with a kitchen for laundry and the main thing is to just lift a comfortable suitcase for a staycation in Menteng.
