We had a great stay at Lanhiwan! The spot was just perfect. If the few parking lots where full right outside u can get a offer on day pass on the big parking lot just across the street. The beach was also just few minutes walk across the street. We loved our room with two double beds. The room and bathroom where big and comfortable. Loved the little balcony and rooftop. It was possible to wash clothes but I missed a drycleaner because it was difficult to dry clothes when it’s so humid. Swimsuits dries quickly without, but cotton clothes was difficult 😅 Would absolutely had stayed longer if we could, and will absolutely stay there again next time for sure!

We stayed for 2 nights in 2 rooms. Perfect location. Lovely rooms. Everything looks wonderful. Hotel was empty as it was before Chinese New Year. Family with little kids checked in around 9pm on the first night and staff placed them in the room directly above us in an otherwise empty hotel. By 11:30pm I went downstairs to complain about the kids running around for the past 2+ hours right above us. No one at front desk. Next day grandma and grandpa where hammering away at some planters right outside my window for 5 hours. Our Taiwanese friend tried talking to staff. Staff wouldn't provide any recompense or explanations or a discount if we stayed a 3rd night. They offered earplugs and option to move to another set of the same rooms on another floor or a worse shared room for the 3 of us. Clueless customer service. Stay away !

Great place to stay. Easy beach access, great view from 4th floor terrace, friendly staff/owner. We stayed in the large family room. Family of 6 with 2 bathrooms. If you like the beach this is a great place.

We were disappointed when the Rooms the Staff showed us hadn't been cleaned, or made up, even though the Hotel was empty. Very noisy Guests who checked in late at night were given a Room directly above ours. We were denied any compensation or suitable Rooms.
