Clean room, great staff, great location

The staff were all exceptional and the room was just immaculate.An amazing experience.Would definately stay there again.

Apartment was spotless and well equipped. Nice welcome pack too. Perfect location. Staff were very helpful. Parking extremely expensive after 3 days. Hotel provided a reduced rate for car parking for 3 days. Sadly the recommended car park was far more expensive per day beyond that. Made the 5 day stay a lot more expensive so factor in when working out your budget

Exceptional service all around

From the moment we arrived, everything was great! The front desk staff was cheerful and helpful, the room was spotless and the location was more than we could ask for as far as access to food and things to do.

Every thing about the Graffiti is excellent, our 4th visit, great having 24hr reception, staff are great, it really is more homely than a hotel. The apartment is very clean, when you walk in it’s like no one else has been there so a good shoutout to the house keeping staff

Everything was perfect !

We had an amazing stay here for our 3 day trip to Malaga. The suite was clean, spacious, well equipped and exactly what we were looking for. Location is excellent as well. Highly recommend!

Great suite/property and location. Housekeeping wasn’t great. We stayed 4 nights and I had to keep asking for towels for 2 people — they only provided enough for 1 person, which was annoying. Service wise, they did the least amount possible. They also tried to charge us for the coffee pods and dishwasher pods when we paid for them at the time we requested them. I believe those items should’ve been provided for free.

The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable.

Amazing staff and perfect location

The kitchen set up was amazing. Everything you would need was there with high quality equipment by SMEGG. Bathroom lovely, big shower. Air conditioning amazing. We were left a welcome food hamper with bread, butter, jam, marmalade, tea, coffee, sugar, eggs, cola, sprite and orange juice which so lovely.

The staff (Paula especially) was awesome. The reception was great. Our bags were brought to the room for us. Paula walked us to our room and showed us how to use the appliances, and what was available to us. They provided eggs, butter, olive oil, sodas and filtered water system. It was amazing. The apartment was well appointed. The location was great, walkable to everything. The apartment had a great terrace upstairs to hang out in. Would recommend and we hope to come back to El Museo. Thank you for a great stay.

The suite is big comparing to other European hotels. The decorations are excellent. The staff is attentive and friendly. The location is great.
