Super comprensivos la verdad

Internet not working, the phone in the room not working, there was not hair dryer neither machine iron and the buffet was not the best (last time was better )!

Didn’t like my stay bad service and it was dirty very smelly like cigarets

El hotel esta en el mero centro, y queda cercas de muchas cosas

Check in was quick, The hotel is old but taken care of and clean. The room is clean and bug free. Water pressure and temperature were good. You could hear EVERTHING from outside the room. I'm just lucky to be a heavy sleeper.

Ditty towels bad smell in the room

It was ok price was right

the hotel does not have an elevator which makes it difficult to go up and down the floors with all your luggage especially when you have alot the water pressure in the shower was weak we had to get changed rooms and it got a tiny bit better the rooms have no security locks only the one regular key handle the rooms are not sound proof you can hear all the noise coming from the hallways which makes it difficult to get a good night sleep it was a great location the kitchen staff was very friendly

It’s in the center of the stores walking distance to the cathedral very close to the zoo and botanical gardens The best thing in this hotel was the breakfast very good and the restaurant area was very clean

Balcony rooms are nice but, the noise from the street is too much to handle

No hot water, no blakets provided. Noisy

El desayuno esta rico y peraonal muy amable
