My Points

Area around the property is terrible, rooms are bad, not clean and smells bad. Bed sheets are old and not clean

the rooms were big and clean. Service was very prompt.

Its near US consulate and rooms are good. 

Best room for the price. Clean bed and bathrooms. Had a locker available. Checkin and checkout was easy. Staff were respectful.
Although as there is no dine-in, i suggest to keep the menu of hotels around for in room dining.
