My Points

Excellent service, beautiful property, very nice rooms. The location and access to the property is difficult, its through a tiny lane where a small car barely fits. So if you're driving, parking is limited and access road is narrow. 

the property is nice, about 10 minute walk from arambol beach.
staff is helpful, hotel is nice looking, situated on a small elevation from main street..so its quiet
the bathroom could be a bit cleaner and amenities (shampoo/soap/water) etc could be readily available
will stay again
