Okay stay for what we paid but one in particular staff member was incredibly rude, would not stay again

Perfect location with tram stop right outside the entrance. Entire staff friendly and knowledgeable. Housekeeping does an excellent job. Great coffee and a nice breakfast offering.

The property was ok. I liked the one in Munich better. I love the swings in the room and how spacious the studios are what I didn’t like was I was there for three days and there was no cleaning service the entire time and when I went to ask for towels, the lady working there wasn’t all that friendly however, the other employees were great. I found the parking and the breakfast to be expensive but it was close to a line to get into Vienna fairly quickly.

Property not convenient to U-Bahn and thus not convenient for visiting downtown. Staff very friendly and gracious but I often had to wait for service. Bar has nice selection of alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages but no decent food - and no very short walk restaurants. Nice breakfast buffet. Complimentary coffee available all day but stupid policy about not bringing big mugs to room.

Obrigada pela experiência! Nosso quarto era perfeito e o hotel era lindo. O cafe da manhã estava delicioso com muitas opções de comidas e bebidas (pão de queijo, coxinhas, goiabada, doce de leite.... eles têm de tudo!) Uma recomendação é .... experimente uma caipirinha! Muito saboroso e bem Brasileira!

I was provided a small bottle of prosecco, liter of soda water, and many snacks inside my room. The room had a kitchen and fridge. A nespresso machine is provided but you have to either buy pods at the bar or buy some from a store. I would have preferred coffee and tea bags instead. Easy transit options, 20 minutes from the tourist stuff. It was nice being away from the craziness. Sheet was on the bed and 2 duvets that were small. I had to use both duvets. Under the sheet was a thicker blanket but when I pulled it back there was a hair under it. I would stay again because the price and location was great but consider bringing my own sheets.

Excellent stay, rooms are spacious and very clean, access to the tram system was easy as stop is right outside. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room is clean, basic amenities are available. Check in was easy and quick. Bed is quite small for 2 people and I wish there were more pillows. The room has fridge, hob, dishwasher and microwave. Good location too

Overall friendly service. I do not find the bird sounds appealing after a couple of days of stay. The room and the facility is too hot but I guess that’s how things are in Europe.

hotel located outside the city centre easily accessible by train or tram. The Room was clean and spacious. Didn’t take the breakfast but plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby.

The room was spotless, perfectly matched the photos, and comfortably warm. The overall comfort was exceptional, and unlike many European hotels, they were generous with amenities — especially the free coffee machine in the lobby, which was a real plus. The staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful. It was an excellent stay, and whenever I come to Vienna, this hotel will definitely be my first choice

Loved the room with the balcony overlooking the street. Great location for acquiring transportation right at your front door with the trams and traveling to the underground subway system. Grocery store called SPAR closeby. Staff was so helpful especially MARI who took the time to sit down with me and book my train tickets back to the airport and she even wrote down the stops for me so I wouldn’t get lost. I would highly recommend Rioca Posto 1 with its cool Brazilian vibe and amazing staff!!

Easy access to train ! Nice hotel
