Only stayed one night. Booked to cover late flight arrival and they let me in at 2 am after calling the help line..thank you. Kind of loud (exterior street noises) but that was to be expected, per other reviews. No need for staff to come in and announce check out time, I was fully aware of what it was;, very strange , IMO . There is a free public book shelf area that was directly across the street. Thanks to city or whoever set this up. Thanks again for last .minute accommodations.

This hostel has a great location but wheat really ruined it for me was them changing the code to the entrance without informing me. I ended up being locked outside in the middle of the night for almost an hour, I was solo traveling so this did not feel safe. I was told by other travelers that they were also not informed and only a few people were notified. I had called the helpline and it took 6 different calls for them to finally pick up. The hostel itself was subpar, I stayed somewhere else prior and going from there to here felt like a downgrade.

I had an amazing experience at Conturce hostel for my first hostel stay. The place was spotless and impeccably clean. The staff were incredible, especially Edwin and Yeslady who were so kind and helpful. Even with a few mix ups on my end, they made everything easy. I would definitely return and suggest this hostel to anyone.

The place looks Nothing like the pictures depict. The taxi we booked didn’t even know of the place. When we arrived the code we recieved didn’t work to enter the facility. The place was Dirty. The bathroom had a strong pungent scent coming from the pipelines. We didn’t even bathe there. Place not conducive for kids. Room was dirty, one plug in the room. Headboard rusting and detached from the frame. No TV. Walls thin. Neighboring guest starting cursing us to have the kids be quiet. You heard every noise from outside. It was late when we arrived with the kids and no staff was physically available for us to voice complaint and check out, had to wait till morning. Staff was professional, manager called us and the matter was addressed. We checked out that morning. This booking listed online needs to be reviewed by expedia

Immerse centrally in culture and people. You can expect what you see. Honestly a gem for them to construct this where they decided to.
