Friendly staff

Property was in good condition. Nice rooftop. Good price and in a central location.

good budget stay. had a private room with an en suite bathroom. great location with easy street parking and safe. it's very loud though since you can hear everything going on outside.

I had a great stay here! The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and quiet times were respected. Access to the location was easy and I always felt safe. I would definitely recommend this spot!

Great & hospitable place.

The location was good with easy access to shops, dining and transportation and relatively close to the old city. The room was not convenient with no closet. The room was described as having a "private detached bathroom". Upon arrival we found out the bathroom was in a separate floor and required walking through a kitchen and dining area. That was was extremely inconvenient!!

Nice place to stay for traveling in San Juan, will let my friends know it.

Had a great stay, the guests were so cool and the team member at check in was great. Location was great — 24/7 grocery store around the corner and many restaurants/coffee shops in the street. Condado beach area is a very short walk and the main street along the water is full of action. 10 minute Uber to the airport. My only complaint is that the desk isn’t staffed 24/7.

It's just different. Need to have necessities for guests.

The place is good so far, but finding it was a little hard because it was late and just a little sign which when I got off of my car, it looked I was able to find the entrance. Did not see any parking specific to the hotel, but managed to park in an alley. Still here I will let you know when I check out today the full experience.

This was my first experience staying at the hostel. The property staff were helpful and friendly. Convenient access to public transportation.

Nice place

Two things stood out. They false advertising having a pool table and reading area as I thought that was going to be a positive common space. Also in the bathrooms they never even had soap in the bedroom only in shades bathroom that was labeled private. They didn’t even have a floor mat when you got out of the shower just the same dirty towel for the four days I was there. I appreciate the cleanings staff as she was amazing but besides the cleanliness of the facility it was nothing to rave about. Location is central for the most part. Wouldn’t stay more than two nights again personally.

Amazing stay! Perfect location, fantastic staff, and plenty of shampoo—everything was thoughtfully taken care of. Highly recommend!
