The hotel staff was friendly. However, the room and bathroom were a bit spooky and uncomfortable. The bidet was broken. The wardrobe in the room smelled unpleasant. The AC wasn't cold.

The staff is very responsible in providing service to customers.

The operator/FO service is terrible. I called several times and was told to wait and call back later.

Room with lack of maintenance. Many stain in room and toilet. Lack of staffing. Breakfast without any hot drinks.

I checked in at 7pm at 9am and checked out, the room was dirty, the sheets were yellow, the towels were brown, everything was dirty.

We almost left my husband's hearing aids! But before we left the check-out counter, the man checking our room came to return them to us. Thank you so much! 😊

Macam keadaan hotel lama, atapnya banyak bekas bocoran dari hujan. Toiletnya bau, air panasnya ga ada yang bisa digunakan. Badcover sama handuknya banyak bekas darah tapi ga di ganti 🤮 🫠.

Kurang bersih dan suasana agak horor, dimeja toilet airnya merembes, tidak disediakan air minum di kamar.

Benar-benar pengalaman yang luar biasa menyedihkan dan tragis nginap di sini, sumpah deh gak nyangka banget hotel bintang 4 dengan fasilitas yang didapat kayak gini, Air mineral gak dapat, sarapan seadanya, sprei sobek, handuk sobek, kamar mandi banyak kecoak.

As soon as you enter, it's not like a star hotel, only 1 receptionist, quiet, stuffy, like an old building, dense area smells of cigarettes, exits the 5th floor elevator, like a building that hasn't been inhabited for a long time or hasn't been cleaned, stuffy, old-fashioned, horror, enters room 505 pretty big, clean, but the impression that it has never been inhabited for a long time is very thick, the bathtub only works cold water, the hot faucet doesn't work, not many cockroaches, only 3 I found unlike the other reviews. The internet is bad, sometimes the connection is sometimes not, the data network from cellphones and Telkomsel is bad, the breakfast is really bad, the presentation is random, it's more decent than breakfast at an inn, eating only fried rice, kwetiau, tofu, and balado chicken. Really do not recommend at that price.

The hotel is good, it's wrong that there are lots of small cockroaches in the room, just left, the rest of the coffee has lots of small cockroaches. Please improve the cleanliness again 😌.

Yesterday when I was staying there were lots of termites, so I had to kill the termites until someone climbed into bed.

Luxurious but lots of baby cockroaches, then the room is not clean and dusty, breakfast is only white rice, fried rice and side dishes, juice, papaya and watermelon, incomplete.

Kamar nya sangat bagus dan rapi. Fasilitas nya semua berfungsi. Pokoknya recommend bagi yang ingin istirahat
